Organism Coupons. Please allow 3–4 weeks after you send in your coupon for delivery of living materials. Living materials are not returnable. Should your living materials not arrive alive and healthy, you must notify Customer
Service within 48 hours after arrival. In the event of inclement weather your shipment could be delayed to ensure quality product. Living materials can only be shipped in the 48 contiguous states.
