Sink Rolls
We manufacture and supply Sink Rolls made of

Sink Roll works in a very corrosive environment
such as molten zinc, galvalume, galvanneal, lead
and aluminum. They can work under high
temperatures and are resistant to corrosion. They

Stabilizer Rolls
Stabilizer Rolls are Manufactured using premium

Entry Snouts for CGL/Galvalume
Entry snouts are used as the last guide cum insulation chamber
and fixed just prior to the zinc bath.
The strip exit side of the snout is dipped in to molten zinc. The
exit side thickness of the snout is usually 65 to 80 mm High
alloy low carbon stainless steel. The snout is inclined to a
certain angle. It is different for each Plant Manufacturer.
