Nero’s Den :
Nero’s Den is available for reservations with the following menus:

Descriptions & Capacities :
Campari Room: comfortably accommodates from 10 to 90 guests for plated dinner; 25 to 80 for buffet; 20 to 100 for cocktail
reception. Campari may be sub-divided to accommodate as few as 10 guests, and as many as 40 guests in a semi-private fashion.
Nero’s Den: comfortably accommodates from 6 to 12 guests for private dinner.
Main Dining Room: comfortably accommodates from 40 to 95 guests for plated dinner; 40 to 85 guests for buffet.
Full Restaurant: comfortably accommodates up to 250 guests for seated dinner; or 300+ for a cocktail reception. Available
under special circumstances, please speak with management.
Room Charges :
BonCaldo does not have additional room charges for our event space. Prices include all linens and napkins; special colors are
available upon request and at no additional charge.
Additional Charges :
A 18% Gratuity & a 4% Administrative fee is applied to all food and beverage charges; a 7% Massachusetts Sales Tax is also
applied to all food and beverage charges, excluding tax on gratuity. Any additional requests such as AV equipment, special
rentals, dance floors and such will be billed accordingly.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to reserve the Campari banquet room, the deposit is due at the time that the
reservation is made, a reservation without a deposit is not guaranteed. The deposit will be credited to your final bill at the consummation
of the event. Payment for the event is to be made in the form of cash, certified check, American Express, Master Card, Visa or Discover.
Guarantee: The final guaranteed guest count is due 7 days prior to the event. Thereafter, the guest count will be considered the minimum
guaranteed amount for which you will be charged, even in the event that fewer guests attend. The guaranteed guest count cannot be
changed after the 7 day guaranteed deadline.
Menu: We kindly ask that you submit the final menu selections no later than 7 days prior to the event, the menu is to be submitted to the
function coordinator. The function staff at BonCaldo will assist you in the selection of your menu with special attention to any special
requests and/or dietary concerns. Our Executive Chef will be available to meet with you and personally discuss any menu preparations and
arrangements. Any cakes brought into the restaurant must first be approved by the management and from a certified bakery. A standard
cake cutting fee of $2.00 per guest will be added to the final bill.
Food & Beverage: Health code regulations state that all food and beverage must be prepared and provided by BonCaldo. Food remaining
from any buffet style event may not be wrapped and taken off the premises. The Massachusetts Beverage Commission strictly regulates
sale and service of alcohol, and as a licensee in administering these regulations, BonCaldo must supply all alcoholic beverages. We reserve
the right to limit and control the amount of alcoholic beverages consumed by our guests.
Conduct & Security: The guest agrees to conduct the event in an orderly fashion in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations,
in addition, you and your guests agree to abide by all BonCaldo rules. The guest shall indemnify, defend and hold BonCaldo and its agents,
contractors and employees, harmless from any and all claims, actions, damages and their successor and assigns and costs including reasonable attorney fees, caused by or arising out of any act, negligence or omission of client’s guest and/or guests. BonCaldo shall determine the
need for security officer(s); you are responsible for this expense. BonCaldo reserves the right to remove any guests from the property for
any action inappropriate to the normal conduct of business. You the guest will assume responsibility for the behavior of all persons in
attendance and any damage done to BonCaldo property.
Rooms: The Campari room is available for 15-90 guests (sub-dividable for semi-private space for 10-40 guests). Nero’s Den is available
for 6-12 guests. The event space is reserved according to the guaranteed number of guests. Rooms are reserved with a 4-hour limit, an
additional 1-hour may be added for an additional $200 and must be reserved ahead of time. BonCaldo reserves the right to reassign the
space if there are changes in the number of attending guests.
Seating, Displays & Decorations: If special seating arrangements of any type are required, your seating plan is due 7 days prior to the
event. BonCaldo recommends tables of eight in a rectangular shape. All displays and/or decorations must be approved by BonCaldo prior
to the event, and must meet fire code regulations. You may provide your own decorations and/or flower arrangements & centerpieces.
BonCaldo will not permit affixing anything to the walls, floors, ceilings, or light fixtures in our banquet areas with materials other than those
approved by BonCaldo.
Price: Quoted and agreed upon prices do not include a 18% Service Charge and a 4% Administrative fee which will be added to all food
and beverage totals . The administrative fee is not paid to the service staff, it is dispersed among non-service personnel whom assisted in
the planning of your event. All quoted prices are also subject to the Massachusetts State Tax, currently at 6.25%. Prices and menu items
