a. Local candidates can pay by cash or by debit/credit card.
b. Overseas registrations can only be made by credit card. The form for credit card payment is available on the website.

CIE School Exam Registration - A step by step guide
1.Candidate receives Exam Registration information (via the British Council, School, Website or Email)
2. Candidate fills in registration form (complete with 2 passport photos and copy of current ID (Passport or National ID card)
and submits it to the British Council before the entry closing dates. Overseas candidates must send these documents, in
addition to the Credit Card Payment Form, by post or courier.
3. Candidate collects the Statement of Entry, Exam Venue details, CIE Notice to the Candidates and the Practical/Oral Exams
details at least three weeks before the start of written exams from British Council Office.
4. ORAL and Practical exams are held between 1 March- 30 April for the May/June session and between 1 Sept- 30 Nov for
the October/November session
5. Candidates must bring a valid ID (the one presented at the time of registration) and Statement of Entry to the Exams Venue.
6. In addition to amendments to candidate's names or Requests for Special Consideration. Please note that candidates requiring
special consideration due to illness or other circumstances must submit their request to the exams office within 5 days of the
exam date. Supporting evidence, such as a medical report must also be submitted.
7. The results for the May/Jun session will be available by the end of August, and the Oct/Nov results will be available by the
end of January.
8. Candidates submit their requests for recheck/remark enquiries.
9. The certificates for May/June session are received in the middle of October. The certificates for Oct/Nov session are
received in the middle of March.
10. Local Candidates collect the original Certificates from British council in person, ID must be presented. The Statement of
Results and the Certificate are sent to overseas candidates by courier.
11. Overseas candidates will receive the certificate by courier. Please note that courier will check the identification document
(the one which is submitted with the entry form) at the time of delivery of Statement of Entry, Statement of Results.
