Housing
Lens and Lens Retention
Door Frame Gasket
Precision formed, TIG welded, one piece
20 gauge cold rolled steel housing. PEM
studs are used in order to mount
components. The finish is in a polyester
powder painted white finish.
The compartment is protected by a .125”
polycarbonate lens. The lens is secured
with adjustable Z style brackets with weld
studs on housing faceplate. Lens is
sealed to the door frame with silicone
sealant.
The extruded silicone based gasket seals
the door frame to the housing.
