The FaMe Access Management Module can be used for the administration and graphical representation of access plans. Issuing and return of keys or access cards as well as general administration (e.g. repositories, stock management) can be done. For established key manufacturer import functions available. The Accounting Module contains features for cost calculation and for asset operation accounting. Different standard charts (General ledgers) for accounts can be set up. All entries are registered in a booking journal. Offers, orders, purchase process, invoices, and sales calculations can be monitored. Optional integration with other FaMe modules, e.g. Budget Management (Controlling), Space control or Serviceline. The FaMe Asset Management covers the administration of equipment and building assets. Basic descriptions, technical documentations, depreciation and cost center allocation are some of the module`s features. Graphical representations can be stored for use with AutoCAD and BIM. The FaMe Tag Management Module is designed for the application for Barcode, NFC or RFID functionality for inventory, maintenance management or service ticket handling. Reports can be equipped with Barcodes for support of handling efficiency. The FaMe Budget Management Module (Controlling) is used for the management and monitoring of different budgets and costs. Budgets can be divided into sub budgets - also with full monitoring. Aggregation of the sub budgets is another feature. Optional is the integration with the FaMe Modules like Project Management and Serviceline an option. Thr FaMe Camp Management Module organized the operation of worker camps. An overview about the occupancy rate and the booking of rooms can be managed. Staff information like visa regulations or the nationality can be requested from the HR module for the booking task. Catering, Maintenance or cleaning tasks also one part of this module. The Car park Management Module enables the administration of parking lots. The module can be used for multi-storey car park administration, and for the administration of employee or visitors parking lots. Planning and order processing for events and conference catering can be managed through this module. With the function it’s possible to manage canteens, menu, special meals. Meals service. Services can be booked via an interface with the FaMe Serviceline Module. At the cleaning management cleaning contracts and cleaning work can be administered. The program organize the cleaning times and the cleaning qualities. An interface to import RFI or RFP achievements can be used optionally. With the Self service program cleaning achievements can be requested directly by the user or supervisor. The FaMe Client Management Module enables the full separation of customer data. A central master data access can be maintained for supervision and data aggregation. The module is especially useful for service providers to keep data of separate customers in one database. FaMe Conference Management The FaMe Conference room Management Module is designed for the reservation and booking of conference and seminar rooms. Availability listing and an optional interface to the FaMe Selfservice Module support associated processes. Services can also be booked via the interface to the Serviceline. A resource administration for the reservation of additional equipment, e.g. video projector, is also available. Booking of rooms for regular meetings can also be done through the FaMe Conference room Management. It comprises of functions for handling, access management and optional timeline functionality The FaMe drawing management administers all relevant data to a design, like date of preparation, index, creator or revisions. The program contains version control, which registers at any time, who at present the design loaded. Over the design admini-stration automatically corresponding CAD of programs or Viewer can be loaded. The FaMe Energy Management Module covers the management of energy accounts and manual or automatic (BMS-driven) meter reading. Additional features are the calculation of KPIs for energy contracting or benchmarking of the energy consumption of buildings. An interface to the FaMe lease Management Module is available for consumption and cost allocation per rental unit. Excesses or shortfalls of meter values can be forwarded to the FaMe Serviceline Module automatically. The FaMe Fleet Management Module contains the essential features for the vehicle fleet administration. Inspection planning, reservation and management of driver`s logbooks are some of the features. Even accident reporting forms are incorporated in the module. This module is designed for the administration of low- and high-voltage current wirings. Measurements can be assigned to the cable, e.g. resistance factor. The module can be used for the administration of cable trays, wireline allocations and monitoring of the fire protection compliance. Sysops can use the program for the planning of bottom tank and patch panel pin assignments. A graphical representation of the layout by CAD is available optional. This module can be used for the management of greens, paved outdoor spaces and equipment, e.g. water waste installations etc. The managed assets and objects can be assigned to either a building or the property itself. The FaMe Lease Management Module comprises of functions for the administration of e.g. residential and office building contracts. It contains a classification e.g into commercial and rental units and the association of linked contracts. Monitoring of due dates is available, optional is the forwarding due days to the FaMe Accounting Module for invoicing possible. Incoming payments can be allocated to the rental accounts automatically. Operation costs allocation can be done through the module also. Preventive maintenance activities can be managed by the FaMe Maintenance Management Module. The software contains a range of activity texts as defaults (extendable). Maintenance schedule maps can be generated. An interface to the Asset Management enables the assignment of Maintenance tasks to equipment and facilities. Due dates for maintenance will be announced automatically. The Portfolio Management Module can be used for the evaluation of real estate properties. KPIs and scoring methods are available. The Module contains the capitalised earnings value method, property value method and the DCF (Discounted cash-flow) procedure. KPIs from the Lease Management and Maintenance Module can be assigned automatically. The FaMe Project Management Module enables the handling of tasks across different accounting periods. Interfaces to Budget Planning, Serviceline, Conference room Management, and the Accounting module are available. Cost monitoring and monitoring of project due dates can be done via this module. This room catalog is the basic for the operation room book. This catalog is used for monitoring and documentation of configuration changes. The module contains check lists for the examination of the buildings apart from the possibility of the production of fire-brigade and evacuation plans, related to different safety aspects such as fire protection, break-down or damages. Moreover the possibility of the administration of emergency plans exists. The FaMe Selfservice Module can be integrated into the available intranet/internet portal and enables untrained users to create requests for different kinds of Facility Management services. Relocation requests, fault reports, conference room bookings and many more can be done with the easy to use interface. Service Level Agreement evaluation function is available for ongoing assessment of the FM services. FaMe Serviceline FaMe Smart Home FaMe Smart Building FaMe Space Management The FaMe Serviceline Module is provided as a center for service task management. Three levels of orders are distinguished for efficient fulfilment. Level 1 consists of an input mask for the entry of tasks through a customer call center. The orders are automatically passed to Level 2 (Supervisor) for further handling. A trouble ticket system to assist for frequently asked task available. Level 2 is the core part of the FaMe Serviceline to convert inquiries through Level 1 or the FaMe Selfservice into clear work orders. If the process to a separate work project is necessary, that inquiry can be escalated to Level 3. Solution to operate residential units like villas, flats or condominiums. Different kind of sensors and actors make it possible to manage the objects at a smart way to solve energy consumption and to treat with care the environment by increasing the comfort. The solution can be operate via Smartphone at the cloud Smart Building solution managed different e.g. high rise building with different BMS (building management systems) at one operation cockpit. Via BACnet an energy consumption balancing control for a group of buildings is possible. In combination with Smart Home it’s possible to manage huge districts or cities via one central unit.
