How eTimesheets Can Work for Your Business
Jonas eTimesheets allows you to log hours remotely and
automate your company’s time and attendance process. Enter time
for one or multiple employees and allocate it to a job, work order, GL
account or equipment. Key features include the ability to copy time
from employee to a crew, the quick time entry screen to enter time
for one day and copy it over for the full week and our date stamp
option to auto calculate total hours. Through eTimesheets, you can
enter, review and approve hours. Hours can be submitted daily or
weekly and it will populate the entries directly in the Jonas Payroll
system. You will have full control to edit the entries prior to approval
and final posting. Your employees can enter additional information
such as equipment hours, job notes, vacation requests or
odometer readings using the customized form selection. With the
report section, you can design and generate reports on the hours
based on employee(s), allocation, status and date range. You can
also use the integrated Document Management system to view any
documents including historical pay stubs directly from the web.
