Proprietary optical surfaces deliver an unobstructed view of the LED to the application target. Optimized surface profiles combined with highly reflective aluminum metallization ensure each distribution provides the highest level of optical control. Lighting professionals have long preferred light sources that provide a balanced spectral power distribution and warm white light. Typical LED solutions standardize on a cold blue 6000K-6500K Correlated Color Temperature [CCT] to maximize lumen output. The Vision Flood LED provides warm white light at standard 4000K CCT with no sacrifice to lumen output. The intensity of hue of the broad spectrum of colors is enhanced by providing a comparable Color Rendering Index [CRI] to traditional quartz metal halide solutions. Fixture aiming is made via one captive stainless steel allen head fastener, consistent with the internally hinged doorframe fasteners, and tested to sustain 3G of vibration without compromising aiming position. Vision Flood LED’s taper-lock mechanism allows for unconstrained vertical aiming adjustment within the luminaire’s aiming range.
