on completion all systems are supplied with detailed operating manuals

Due to the nature of the installation, many control systems for the power
generation industry now demand high levels of protection and immunity
from Radio Frequency Interference (RFI). This entails using approved
instrumentation and specialised housing construction, along with segregation/
screening and extensive earthing.
AMOT has supplied many control systems for power generation. Most
applications are industrial based, but many systems have been supplied for
mounting in Zone 2 flammable atmospheres on petrochem plants and oil

Our experience with oil transfer pumps extends over many non-hazardous and
hazardous area applications. Pump control capability includes: automatic start,

Pigging Systems
Our considerable involvement and experience in the design and
manufacture of launcher/receiver control systems, ensures we recommend
the right solution for you. Options range from simple interlock logic for
manual control, to semi-automatic and fully automatic PLC-based systems.

The systems solutions AMOT offers are often located by the skid
user, be it pump or compressor etc, or located in a purpose-built
central control centre. However, in many cases the site does not
warrant this or for environmental and operational reasons a small
dedicated control cabin is a more cost-effective solution.
Multi-train Water Analyser House
AMOT offers central control rooms built in steel or GRP construction,
internally completed with lights, heating, air-conditioning, rest room
and shower facilities to meet your specific requirements. These are
then ergonomically designed to accommodate desk consoles for the
operator, MCCs, ESD systems and SCADA as required.

SCADA - Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition - is the ultimate
operator interface. Based on an industrial or standard desktop
personal computer, the heart of the system is a specific software
package, which runs under various operating systems.
In addition to providing 100% data integrity, the AMOT solution also
