To better understand your property exposures, your Loss Control Consultant will
conduct a site survey. We equip our Loss Control Consultants with powerful, handheld computers that list all questions that are pertinent to your property. In doing so,
we make sure we don’t miss anything – and we’re not wasting time asking you
questions that are unrelated to your operations.
How Controlling Losses Affects Your Insurance Program
Without proper controls in place to prevent or lessen the effects of a fire, explosion or
weather-related property exposure, you may be denied insurance coverage. Or, you
may have to pay higher premiums and agree to higher deductibles. So it makes good

Specialized Resources
Have you hired contractors to test your fire pumps, alarms and sprinklers but find it
