CLARIFICATION FRP GRATING -All FRP grating shall be Strongwell DURADEK 1-6000 or Engineer
Approved Equal.
ETAL STAil TREADS - All metal stair treads shall be McNichols Traction Tread
CLARIFICATION M
12" Wide x 48" Long , 11 guage galvanized steel.
ETAL STAIR RISERS -All metal stair risers shall be McNichols round hole
CLARIFICATION M
perforated 22 guage galvanized steel.
CLARIFICATION PRESSURE TREATED WOOD -All other wood members shall be pressure treated
with chemonite (ACZA) to a minimum retention of 0.6 pcf.
CLARIFICATION METAL HANDRAILS, FENCING, AND RAILING -All materials shall conform to the
requirements in Section 02711 of the specifications.
QUESTIONS:
1) On the two Alternate proposals do we pave/concrete thru future grandstands and announcer
booths or do these areas get blocked out?
No block outs will be required for the future grandstands and announcer booths at this time.
2)
Is the Chain Link Fence pay item the same as the chain/ink/guardrail/rail per detail D-4(2)?
This will be paid for under the Chain link Fence Pay Item.
