Timing Belts – A Strong Composite Product
Our award-winning supply partnership allows us to
manufacture polyurethane elastomer toothed belts
with embedded steel or Kevlar cords.
Due to the thermoplastic properties, this design
makes it possible to weld onto profiles. In addition it
makes it possible to grind profiles and belt surfaces,
and apply over 30 types of special covers; whilst
maintaining extremely tight tolerance control.
Together with our partners we have invested heavily
in state-of-the-art equipment and software.

AODD Pumps and spares to all areas of industry.

Pumps and Spares
We stock and supply genuine OEM pumps and
spares from the world’s leading manufacturers. A
recent stock take at our central stores showed a
level of spares parts in excess of £0.5M and
in excess of 2 million component parts; including
such names as:

Repairs
Our complete AODD pump after care service is such
that (after having repaired so many AODD pumps),
we have the experience to turn these around in less
than 48 hours (or perhaps even 24 hours for a small
premium charge). We also offer sandblasting and
repainting in the correct factory colours, but with
two-pack paint and metallic lacquer for added shine
and protection.

Air Operated, Double Diaphragm (AODD) Pumps
ITEC Power Services are pleased to announce that
alongside our AODD pump range, we are now able
to offer Electric Double Diaphragm pumps.
EM is the Green Solution
ITEC offer EM Diaphragm Pumps where air is
not available and where mobility is needed.
They are also far quieter in operation than an
AODD where noise pollution is an issue, and
last but by no means least, offer significantly
reduced running costs.
The chart shows how users can save costs and
reduce their environmental impact and carbon
footprint.
Available in both plastic and metal bodies, our EM
Diaphragm pumps come in port sizes 1” to 3”. ATEX
rated motors can also be fitted where required.
Non-Diaphragm Pumps
In as much as 75% of our pump business is in
Diaphragm Pumps, the 25% in what we call ‘nonDiaphragm’ pumps is equally impressive.
We supply pumps and spares
into some of the oldest (and no
longer manufactured) brands of
pumps, including Worthington
Simpson and Girdlestone.
We have the in-house expertise you need that can
supply you with competitively priced spares for
your existing pump and offer a brand new drop-in
replacement if necessary, usually with a modern
energy efficient motor.
