The Delta is a state-of-the-art solution for
high speed production of bottom-sealed,
side-sealed, wave top, T-shirt, star-sealed
T-shirt and draw string bags.
The modular concept offers a high degree
of flexibility and optimisation of your roll
bag production: by exchanging the modu­
les it is possible to shift between different
bag types and sizes - all in one production
line.
The Delta is designed as a series of inde­
pen­dent modules making it possible to
create different configurations according
to the product type and size. The heart
of the Delta line is the sealing/perforating
module equipped with one or two sealing
lips and sealing bars depending on the
type of bag and the required capacity of
the line. Build your own Delta line and get
the best Return on Investment.
EASY TO OPERATE
The Delta line is easy to operate by means
of a user-friendly control panel, which
brings both downtime and production
costs to their minimum. Maintenance
costs are reduced as there is minimal need
for service and spare parts thanks to the
unique design. The Delta line has shown its
quality by being able to run for more than
50,000 hours of production time without
overhaul. We therefore recommend the
Delta to secure you the most stable and
high-performance equipment for your roll

SEALING
The Delta sealing section is designed with
a unique sealing principle with heat from
both sides of the film using Roll-o-Matic’s
patented design. The sealing bars are kept
at a very consistent temperature and this
feature, combined with precise sealing
pressure and dwell time, produces perfect
and uniform sealing with all bag types and
film thicknesses.

The Delta max is designed on the same
platform as the Delta, but it has sealing
stations with more sealing time than the
ones of the Delta. This significantly improves capacity on heavy gauge film and
multilayer film where the sealing capacity
usually is the bottleneck. Line speed up
to 170 m/min with 200 micron film is
obtain­able.

Duplex or Triplex (one, two or three sealing
sections). This enables the Delta to be
equipped in the optimal way depending
