The sealing bars are kept at a very consistent temperature and this feature, combined with precise sealing pressure and dwell time, produces perfect and uniform sealing with all bag types and film thicknesses. The sealing system has individual web tension control for two lanes ensuring The Delta max is designed on the same platform as the Delta, but it has sealing stations with more sealing time than the ones of the Delta. This significantly improves capacity on heavy gauge film and multilayer film where the sealing capacity usually is the bottleneck.
