The Thermo Scientific Standard Service
Contract allows you to lengthen the
feature-rich one year product warranty for
an additional one, two or three years. The
Standard Service Contract can also support
your instrument outside the original product
warranty** for the same terms (inspection
processes may be required). In addition to
offering standard support, we also offer
access to the original manufacturer’s
unparalleled product expertise and repair
facilities.

Offered in one and two year terms, you can ensure all of our instrument’s service needs will be covered under one price for the duration of your contract. Available as
post-warranty coverage or enhanced warranty/extended warranty coverage.

Returns and Repairs
Returning equipment to us is fast and easy. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping address of the approved
Thermo Fisher Scientific repair center nearest you. This is available online at www.thermmoscientific.com/servicerepair. To keep your operation functioning as
smoothly as possible, we will either repair or replace your equipment at our discretion.
