For experiments requiring high gain, high bandwidths or extremely short rise times
choose the Menlo Systems FPD310 photoreciever series. These photodetectors
are easy-to-use Si- or InGaAs-PIN photodiode packages with integrated high gain,
low noise RF amplifier. A well-balanced combination of gain, bandwidth and low
noise make the FPD310 detectors to a powerful tool for radio frequency and heterodyne Laser beat signal extraction.
