governmental reporting requirements, by providing a listing of governmental projects for
which the Proposer has been previously required to submit funding and reporting
compliance updates (e.g., grants, loans, etc.). Please provide with each project listing the
contact information for the person to whom the Proposer submitted such funding and
reporting compliance updates and the frequency of such updates (weekly, monthly,
quarterly, etc.). Projects referenced must be completed within 5 years.
