The positive outcomes of 2013 have also been boosted by extensive reorganization, restructuring measures, and streamlining our businesses and sizing our operations for nearterm demand levels. At the same time, and keeping in mind that we need to keep on attracting more business and investors, we continuously look for innovations in our businesses, to invest in our people, and to improve what we offer in order to maintain our strong business model, and to expand on it where opportunities exist. Along these lines, in 2014 we are planning a strong presence in Africa, focusing mainly on present markets, Egypt and Senegal.
