This e-mail disclaimer and confidentiality note is enforceable and binding on the recipient/addressee
in accordance with section 11 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002
(“ECT”).

This e-mail, any links and attachments transmitted with it may be confidential, legally privileged and
protected by law and are the property of Donaldson Filtration Systems (Pty) Limited (“DFSPL”). It is
intended for the sole use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed. No person, other than
the recipient (so indicated by the sender) may use or disclose the contents of this email, links or
attachments thereto, to any person whatsoever. Unauthorised disclosure and/or use may result in
civil and criminal liability, if applicable.

10. Any recipient of this email is required to take cognisance that Donaldson Filtration Systems (Pty)
Limited is a subsidiary of Donaldson Company Incorporated (“DCI”) and is accordingly required by DCI
to comply with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended. To this end, the recipient of
this email is required to comply with the act and not engage in any business practices with DFSPL that
could be deemed a contravention of this act in any manner whatsoever. The recipient indemnifies
DFSPL in relation to any claims arising from any contravention of the act.

directors, officers, employees, affiliates and shareholders shall not be liable for any loss or damage
