Lamp Shielding:
Exam compartment shielded by sliding semi-specular aluminum parabolic louver. Clear protective lamp shield securely fastened
above louver. Ambient compartment lamps shielded by the perforated steel (coated with white urethane finish) with the
pearlescent acrylic diffuser. Reading compartment lamp is protected by the clear shield.
Optional Ingress Barrier:
The clear acrylic covers the entire light fixture with a piano hinge without. Compromising the quality of light output.
The .118” (3mm) thick anti-reflective barrier acts as a protector of dust and other items from entering the lights surface area
maximizing infectious control.
Electrical:
Built in four universal ballasts to accommodate 120V-277V (instant start 120V-277V 50/60HZ MAX 10 % THD). Low voltage controller
mounted in the fixture provides sequential or individual control for ambient and reading lights. The exam area shall be NEC
compliant and have an isolated wiring compartment for auxiliary circuit feed.

SPECIFICATIONS
Photometrics - Duo Exam Light
T5HO Lamps
CONSTRUCTION: Housing to be fabricated from die-formed 20 gauge
C.R.S. with high reflectance white powder coat finish. Reflector shall be rolled
with die-formed edges from low iridescent specular aluminum. The diffuser
shall be clear extruded acrlic with perforated inlay (patent pending). Optional
Sani-Shield to be fabricated from an aluminum frame, triple gasketed, with a
.125 clear acrylic lens. Frame is attached to fixture with a continuous piano
hinge and secured with phillips head screws.
MOUNTING: Fixtures can either be specified for installation into a standard
lay-in ceiling (supplemental support in accordance with local and national
codes is the responsibility of the installer) or flanged for installation into a drywall (or similar) construction ceiling. An optional surface mount frame is also
available. Consult factory for installation into other specialty ceilings. All hardware by others.
