As of April 1, 2014, ColoSeq™, Single Gene (order code CAGENE) will
be replaced by new test Single Gene Analysis (SGN) will be available
for all next-generation known mutation orders performed at the UW
Laboratory of Medicine.
As of April 1, 2014, Anti Polymyositis 1 Ab (PmScl), along with myositis
antibodies Mi-2, SRP, PL-7, PL-12, Ku, EJ, and OJ will be sent out to RDL
Laboratories. If specifically requested, testing for these antibodies may
alternatively be sent to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation.

T(14;18) FOLLICULAR LYMPHOMA BY PCR
As of April 1, 2014, the Department of Laboratory Medicine will no
longer perform testing for Myotonic Dystrophy Type 1 because of
lack of demand for the test. We will forward requests for this test to
Medical Genetics Labs, Baylor College of Medicine. You may choose
to send this test directly to Medical Genetics Lab, Baylor or another
laboratory of your choice.
