Each element of Signos is made from premium materials and is created by hand. The
imported glass elements are cast from custom
molds and are engineered and manufactured
especially for Prescolite by experienced
craftsmen. The frosted glass elements are
subjected to an elaborate bead blasted
process to create a perfectly uniform visual
and luminous distribution. The aluminum
foundation flanges are hand spun and soft
polished, then clear coated or painted to
ensure a natural, long-lasting, durable finish. In the final steps of the process, each
Signos element is inspected for perfection
and assembled by hand with protective
gloves to reveal a pristine, high quality
aesthetic finished product.
INSTALLATION:
Installation of Signos6 architectural elements is fast, easy, and
secure. Signos trims are attached directly to the housing frame
completely separate from the reflector via a unique sky twist
bracket. This bracket retention system holds the element
captive while allowing it to swing down and away for
lamp maintenance and fixture cleaning. Twist lock design
allows for quick replacement of trim to the ceiling plane.

HOUSING:
The modular concept allows specifiers the
opportunity to create unique Signos elements
without the usual time and cost implications
associated with custom fixtures. Custom elements are usually shipped from the factory
within three weeks of receipt of order with
a minimal increase in cost.
Signos6 round architectural elements are designed to attach
to 6" Prescolite modular downlight frames, including compact
fluorescent, and incandescent series, CFQ6, CFT6, CFR6,
CFCB6, 79X, INC600, RHD601 with electronic ballast or
LB6LED Series. Contact factory for metal halide applications.
Signos elements can be attached after the downlight has
been installed and the ceiling is finished. Refer to the fixture
matrix on the back page.

Installation Features
Sky twist mounting brackets snap onto Prescolite plaster flange for easy trim mounting. Brackets are equipped with safety wire to secure trim to housing.
Trim safety wire allows product to be relamped without having to remove trim from ceiling. Mounting brackets can be installed from below ceiling.
