The LFUSCD Series of (SiC) Schottky Diodes has near-zero recovery current, high surge capability, and a maximum operating junction temperature of 175° C. Littelfuse silicon carbide (SiC) Schottky diodes come in ratings of 650 V and 1200 V at currents ranging from 4 A to 30 A in either TO-220 two-lead or TO-247 three-lead packages. Compared to standard silicon bipolar power diodes, SiC Schottky diodes dramatically reduce switching losses, and enable substantial increases in system efficiency and robustness.
