3 TIPS FOR BUILDING A LOYAL CUSTOMER BASE

just for big companies
- electricians will need
to take it seriously if they
want to achieve long-term

One of the biggest mistakes electricians can make is
spending a fortune on attracting new customers
- and then not doing anything to earn repeat
business. Added up over a whole career in the trade,
that's a lot of missed opportunities that might have
been a real boost to your business.
Turning repeat customers into an ongoing resource
also means that you have the best chance of
attracting and retaining more business within your
company. To help, here are three of the best ways to
build a loyal base of customers:
If the unthinkable happens and something does go
wrong, it is just as important that you quickly address
the problem. In fact, a client that had a problem
which was fixed quickly will often be more loyal than
those who never had a problem at all.

This one might seem dead obvious, but the first step
to attracting repeat business is to make sure that the
first job you carry out is of a high enough quality to
impress the client in the first place.

first thought when it comes to booking a sparkie, so

Emergency test light kit
It is a mandatory legislative requirement that any building or structure that
has an emergency evacuation lighting system installed be regularly inspected
and maintained in accordance with the requirements of AS/NZS 2293.2
This standard sets out the periodic inspection and maintenance procedures
which are necessary to ensure that the emergency evacuation lighting
system will be in a state of readiness for operation at all times and this
maintenance & inspection work only be carried out by persons with suitable
qualifications and experience.
Unit discharge tests shall be carried out at six monthly intervals by simulating
a mains failure. All luminaires and exit signs shall remain illuminated for the
full duration of this discharge test. Any luminaire with a battery that cannot
sustain illumination for the full duration of the test shall have this battery
replaced and when fully charged retested.
