General Information
WARRANTY
IMMI provides a limited warranty, covering defects in workmanship and material for one year from date of purchase / invoice. IMMI will replace product without charge, or refund
purchase price, at our option, on any products found to be defective in material or workmanship during this period. This warranty does not apply to any product which IMMI
deems subject to abuse, misuse, accident, alteration, negligence or unauthorized repair. The duration of all other express and implied warranties, including any implied warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a purpose, is limited to one year from date of purchase. This warranty is not transferable.
Since the application of IMMI products are beyond IMMI’s control, IMMI’s liability and the purchaser’s sole remedy relating to the installation, application or use of IMMI’s product, shall
be strictly limited to recovery of its purchase price and shall under no circumstances include recovery of any other direct, indirect or consequential damages, whether based on damage
to or loss of profits, cargo, vehicle or any other damages.
Warranty Claims
End user customers: To make a warranty claim, contact us at the phone number / address on the back of this catalog and follow instructions that will be provided. Any returned product
that is replaced or refunded becomes the property of IMMI. Purchaser shall be responsible for any shipping costs to IMMI. Please retain your purchase receipt to verify date of purchase
in order for warranty claim to be honored. Trade customers: See information under Sales Policies and Returns below.
IMPORTANT STRENGTH INFORMATION & CAUTIONS
Break Strength is the force required to cause significant permanent distortion of a component in a straight tensile test. The weakest link of any assembly determines the product’s
breaking strength. For this reason, it is important that attachment points be of equal or greater strength than the product in use to maintain the rated capacity of the product.
Safe Working Load: The safe working load limit of a component or tie-down assembly is 1/3 of the product’s breaking strength. Do not exceed the safe working load limit of any product.
Cautions / Warnings: It is the responsibility of the user to determine strength requirements for their specific applications, as well as the safe working load limit of the tie-down
component or tie-down assembly they are using. Stated rated capacities are for products in new condition. Age, wear and damage to webbing or components shall result in a loss of
rated capacity (breaking strength). Never attempt to use a worn or damaged tie-down assembly. Inspect each product before each use and immediately replace any worn or damaged
products. For effective operation and to avoid serious injury, read and comply with all instructions and cautions found on IMMI packaging and products.
SALES POLICIES
Prices: Please contact the IMMI Outdoor office, or your sales representative, to obtain current pricing. Prices apply to standard case quantities only. Orders will be rounded to the
nearest standard case quantity.
Minimum Order: Individual items must be ordered in assortments that total $250 or more per order to one location. Orders less than $250 will be subject to a $25 handling charge.
Returns: All product returns must have a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#), which can be obtained by contacting the IMMI Outdoor office. Non-Defective Product Returns:
IMMI will not accept non-defective returns, unless due to some fault of IMMI. Non-defective returns will be subject to a minimum 25 percent handling charge or will be returned to
customer at customer’s expense. Defective Product Returns: Credit will not be given without written authorization. Return requests must be faxed or mailed to our office and must
include an itemized list of materials to be returned, reasons for return and the date and number of IMMI’s invoice. Approved authorizations will be signed and returned to customer with
RMA# and must be included in return shipment for proper and timely credit to be given.

Part Numbers: All part numbers displayed in this catalog reflect retail packaged products, unless otherwise noted as bulk packaged. To obtain bulk OEM part numbers, please contact
the IMMI Outdoor office.
