The 13th IEEE International Conference on Networking, Sensing and Control (ICNSC´2016) will be held in
Mexico City, Mexico. This conference will provide a remarkable opportunity for the academic and industrial
communities to address new challenges and share solutions, and discuss future research directions. It will
feature plenary speeches, industrial panel sessions, and funding agency panel sessions, interactive sessions,
and invited/special sessions, tutorials. Contributions are expected from academia, industry, and management
agencies. All accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings and in IEEE Xplore. The
conference theme is: Big Data Analytics.
Big data analytics is a hot research and application subject for academic researchers, industries, and
government managers. Big data applications have been developed in many fields such as medical and
healthcare, business and financing, education and learning, social networks and networking,
telecommunication, energy and environment, sensors and Internet of things, etc. Big data technologies such as
computing techniques and architecture, modeling, data/text mining and analytics, and databases are advancing
impressively. This conference seeks to engross the community address these issues and to craft new
