presence of flammable vapors or gases,
ignitable dusts and where dampness or
corrosion are present
• in petroleum refineries, chemical and
petrochemical plants and other process
industry facilities where similar hazards exist
• as pendant, ceiling, wall bracket or
bulkhead fixtures, indoors for general area or
room lighting and outdoors for "spot"
