WORK the WAY that
successful high school
students do.
What DO they do?
Successful high school students:
• Keep up with assigned work
• Complete daily assignments on time
• Pass quizzes /tests when given; there
are no retakes/”remediation” that
changes a test score
• Rarely miss school
Successful high school students:
• Make up missed work within a few
days of deadlines (regardless of
“credit” /points)
• Ask questions / seek help on their
own initiative
• Persist through difficulty
• Know that success requires
dedication and hard work
