This plan is focused on improving the Triangle experience for all of our members and creating highly functioning active and alumni organizations by serving our five key constituent groups. Our objectives are: CHAPTERS- grow effective, sustainable incubators of personal growth ACTIVES- develop men of character, strong values, and professional capability ALUMNI- create and nurture an aspiration for life-long engagement COMMUNITY- make visible high-impact external contributions which contribute to a better world NATIONAL OFFICE & COUNCIL- become an essential, value-added partner that facilitates organizational and individual success A key task has been to align our budget with our constituent groups. This was absolutely essential to understand which objectives are being funded and which are not. As expected, the majority of our support goes to chapters and actives. Our projected allocation for 20162017 is: 16% 38% 12% 25% Community Actives National Chapters Alumni This was also the first of three years of the Garatoni Building Better Men Endowment Program, which will recognize those chapters which are excelling in ways to build better men and enhance the college experience in a positive way. Also launched this year was the Gargani Academic U, a four-part program which guides chapters in providing a challenging environment for academic excellence for their members. You should be proud to know that these types of programs are unmatched in the Fraternity world and will continue to help Triangle set a high standard of excellence in years to come. We continue to enhance our offerings related to men’s health and wellness through the Fraternal Health & Safety Initiative, offering modules on alcohol & other drugs, hazing prevention, and sexual misconduct. I continue to be excited by all of the improvements we are making to help our chapters improve the experience and development that our members receive. We are blessed with an outstanding staff and volunteers.
