The total number of new Highers/National 6 qualification courses that the local authority plans to provide in its schools, broken down by subject, in the academic year 2014/15. i.e. if all nine schools in the local authority are offering the new Higher English course that would be nine new Higher English courses. If only one school is offering the new Higher Modern Studies course that would be one new Modern Studies course. The total number of existing Higher courses that the local authority plans to provide in its schools, broken down by subject, in the academic year 2014/15. i.e. if all nine schools in the local authority are offering the existing English course that would be nine existing Higher English courses. If only one school is offering the existing Higher Modern Studies course that would be one existing Modern Studies course.
