Mode of Operation
1. When Power is ON, check charge current LED bat. The
current will decrease as the battery charges.
2. When Battery voltage is less than 10V DC the Bat < 10”
LED will illuminate and the low voltage charge fail alarm
relay will energize.
3. The voltage sensing circuit automatically shuts off the
power when the battery is fully charged.
Installation
1. Make sure you are using the correct battery
charger 12 or 24 V DC.
2. Connect Input Voltage to L1 & L2.
3. The LED marked “P1” on the panel should be
illuminated when the power is on. The DC output
voltage should be as follows:
Model BAT12 : 13.8 + / - 0.2V DC
Model BAT24 : 27.6 + / - 0.2V DC
4. With power off connect output terminals “±” to
the battery lead “±”
5. Use terminal lugs on connection to prevent wires
from shorting.
