ACCESS LIVEBLOCK
1. Log IN TO ADESA.COM
• Enter your user ID and password.
IF YOU ARE NOT YET REGISTERED:
• Access ADESA.com and click on REGISTER NOW.
• Complete and submit the online registration form;
ADESA Customer Connection will then contact you to
complete your registration information.
2. NAVIGATE TO LIVEBLOCK
• Click the LIVEBLOCK button on the home page.
Or
• Click on BUY from the main navigation bar then click
LIVEBLOCK from the sub navigation bar.
NOTE: LiveBlock will open in a new window.

3. VIEW LIVEBLOCK AUCTION INVENTORY
• View inventory by location, consignor and sale date.
• Sort results by clicking on column headings.
• Refine your search by clicking on drop-down boxes.
• Click the JOIN button to enter a Live Sale.
• Click the car button to view the run list
for a specific sale event.

4. REVIEW RuN list INVENTORY
• Sort your results by clicking on column headings.
• Refine your search by clicking on drop-down boxes.
• Add vehicles to your watch list, or place AutoBids
from the RUN LIST.
5. SEARCH INVENTORY ACROSS ALL LOCATIONS
•Click VEHICLE SEARCH on top navigation bar to search
inventory by make, model, location or consignor.
•Enter free form text to narrow your search criteria options
for all drop downs.
•Create Saved Searches to quickly find your favorite
inventory.
6. VIEW VEHICLE DETAILS
• Click the VIN to access detailed vehicle reports.
• Add vehicles to your watch list or place AutoBids
from the vehicle details screen.
7. PLACE AUTOBIDS
• Click the AUTOBID button from the Run List, Vehicle
Search or vehicle details screen to place an AutoBid.
• Place your maximum bid. The system will bid for
you in low-dollar increments, up to your maximum.
• Select preferences for email notifications and
post-sale inspections.

NOTE: If you represent multiple dealerships, you must select
a dealership from the drop down list.
NOTE: AutoBids can be edited or removed up to two
hours before the auction start time. And, vehicles with
AutoBids are automatically added to your watch list.

8a. VIEW WATCH LIST VEHICLES ON LIVEBLOCK
• Click My Watches on the main navigation bar to view
vehicles added to your Watch List for your dealership.
• Click the AutoBid button to edit or remove an AutoBid
up to two hours before auction start time.

• Click on WATCH LIST on the main navigation bar, then click
LIVEBLOCK in the sub navigation bar.
9. SALE CHECK-IN
• Click JOIN! from the SCHEDULE page or RUN LIST to join
a live sale.

NOTE: If you represent multiple dealerships, you will see
a pop-up window to select a dealership, this will be your
default dealership when you watch additional lanes.

10. BID ON VEHICLES
• Bid on vehicles by clicking the ASKING BID button.
• Your bid will be sent to the auction block
and integrated with bids from the floor.
•Search and sort upcoming vehicles or add vehicles to
your Watch LisT.
•Toggle between live video and photos.
• Click on the ADD MORE LANES button to view up to
10 additional lanes.
NOTE: The bid history area displays all bidding activity.
Also watch this area for special announcements.
NOTE: For more detailed information on bidding, please
refer to the step-by-step guide to ADESA LiveBlock bidding.
NOTE: Your BID Button will change colors to show your bid status. Green means you are winning, red means you have been
outbid, teal means you are not participating and gray means bidding has not yet started.
NOTE: If you represent multiple dealerships, click the BIDDING AS link to quickly change dealerships.
11A. VIEW PURCHASES ON LIVEBLOCK
• Click MY PURCHASES to view vehicles purchased and
pending IF deals for your dealership.

• Click on MY ADESA in the main navigation bar, then click
LIVEBLOCK PURCHASES in the sub navigation bar.
OTE FOR DEALERBLOCK USERS: Checkout processes
