Tās galvenais mērķis ir iepazīstināt zinātniekus ar jaunākajiem sasniegumiem dažādās zinātnes nozarēs Latvijā un ārzemēs, kā arī dot iespēju zinātniekiem un īpaši doktorantiem publicēt svarīgākos pētījumu rezultātus. The 50th Scientific Conference of Riga Technical University is held from the 12th to the 16th of October 2009. This annual scientific conference facilitates exchange of information and networking among the scientists of different branches from different countries and provides the forum to present the latest scientific achievements.
