of the steel design-assist proposal. Proposing firms are reminded that they are to
acknowledge the receipt of this clarification at the appropriate location on the proposal
form. Failure to do so may subject the proposal to be considered as non-responsive.

1. If 15% minority participation is not obtainable due to union labor restrictions, then an

their website. Barton Malow will follow-up with those firms that need to complete our prequal
process (Nick Umosella is the contact for Barton Malow).
