WSLP High-Power Surface-Mount Power Metal Strip® Current Sensing Resistor
Our surface-mount WSLP series of Power Metal Strip® resistors combines high power
ratings up to 10 W, extremely low resistance values down to 0.0003 Ω, and tight
resistance tolerances as low as ± 0.5 %. Applications include automotive electronic
controls, lithium ion battery charge control, brushless DC motor control, and inverter
control in consumer appliances.

Trench MOS Barrier Schottky (TMBS®) Rectifiers in Low-Profile SMPA Package
Vishay's 45 V and 50 V TMBS® Trench MOS Barrier Schottky rectifiers offer current
ratings to 8 A and low forward voltage drop down to 0.37 V in the low-profile DO221BC (SMPA) package. For automotive and consumer electronics, the devices
reduce power loss and improve efficiency, with applications including low-voltage,
high-frequency DC/DC converters, switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, and
polarity protection.
