§
Principal Approval – form should be completed for these cases.
§
The mark will have an associated ‘Reason’ code:
Extended illness

– The online system will force the entry of a reason code
§
Students with an ‘I’ mark will receive an ‘I’ for the cumulative mark
for that report period.
•
“’I’ marks will not be counted toward the GPA.
•
‘I’ marks must be made up by the start of the 4th marking period and
cannot be given during the final marking period.
