Introducing a new billing system can sometimes be a painful process for the customer and the organization in the early
days, but we are doing our best to ensure the process is as seamless as possible. Due to the fact that we merged two
separate billing systems, the banking requirements are slightly different for each of these two groups.
Payment Requirements

Additional Security Options
Customers are now able to add a security question to their accounts.
What is the benefit to me as a customer? This provides customers with an additional layer of security and the
knowledge that only they know the question selected and answer provided. Traditional security markers such as date
of birth and driver’s license number can often be accessed without the owner’s consent. We want you to know that
your information is safe with us.
Direct Debit Transactions
Billing Cycle 1- the 1st of every month
Credit/Debit Card Debits will be carried out on 5th of each month
Direct Account Debits will be carried out on the 15th of each month
Billing Cycle 2- the 15th of every month
Credit/Debit Card Debits will be carried out on 20th of each month
Direct Account Debits will be carried out on the 25th of each month
Your billing cycle is located on the upper right hand side of your monthly statement, and appears as Bill Date. Cycle 1
customers will appear as Month/01/Year and Cycle 2 customers will appear as Month/15/Year.

We will be introducing an enhanced customer portal that will give you access to invoices, products and other
information that will enhance your customer experience. The existing portal is currently unavailable and will
be replaced.
Online payments will also be an option offered through the website. Details will be sent as we are closer to
launching that function.
