Terms of Payment
1. A non-refundable reservation fee £2,500 (£5,000 for purchases over £1,000,000)
2. 10% of purchase price (less reservation deposit paid) is payable on exchange of contracts within 21 days of
reservation. Payment is via your solicitor
3. However, for contracts that exchange at an exhibition, the 10% exchange deposit is payable with 14 days

Reservation Paperwork
For Sales to Individuals
For each individual purchaser we need an in date certified black and white copy of photo ID such as a passport or
photo card driving licence. We can accept certified black and white copies of Government Issue ID Cards, provided
that a Solicitor translates the copies into English and that the Solicitor certifies the ID as well. Passport translations
will only be accepted if they are carried out by the issuing Embassy.
For each individual purchaser we also need certified proof of residential address, dated within the last 3 months. If
proof of address ID cannot be provided then we will accept a letter from the purchasers’ bank or Solicitor
confirming the residential address.
Sales to Companies
For each individual Company Director and the Company Secretary we will require certified photo ID and certified
proof of address as above. In addition, we require:
- Certificate of Incorporation of the Company.
- Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.
- 3 years audited Accounts. If there are no audited Accounts then bank statements should be provided in
lieu of these.
Sales to BVI Companies
All ID as per the “Sales to Companies”.
In addition we will require a letter from the acting Solicitor confirming that they are satisfied that all of the Money
Laundering Checks have been carried out and that they are satisfied that the purchase monies are not coming from
any proceeds of crime or money laundering activity.
Assignments
Investor contracts only - One assignment granted to a family member (which for the avoidance of doubt includes a
company or trust to which the family member is connected) with an additional permitted to a third party by
agreement. Assignments are only permissible after all exchange and further deposits have been paid.
