Standardisation of our adjustable
guide bushes
We have developped, for all the brands of sliding head
machines with the same capacity, standardised guide bushes, and
sleeves the internal profile of which is the same; the external
diameter of the sleeve varying according to the machines.
For instance, a Type 4 guide bush can be used on a TORNOS
R10 as well as on a BECHLER AR10, a PETERMANN P7R, a
BECHET RM12, a STROHM M125, or a WIRTH & GRUFFAT
TAM 12 only by changing the sleeve.
Thus, as you can notice on the corresponding chart between
guide bushes and machines types, only 20 types of guide bushes
can fit all the types of sliding head machines.
All our standardised guide bushes also fit our rotating bush
holders with the same reference.
