Challenge
PV inverters are power electronic equipment that is
used in the field of solar power generation, converts
the direct current generated by PV modules into
alternating current fed into the local load or grid,
and has the relevant protection function. According
to different occasions, PV inverters can be divided
into grid-connected inverters and off-grid inverters.
PV inverters differ largely in power level, ranging
from more than 100 watts for distributed gridconnected micro-inverters to hundreds of kilowatts
for centralized grid-connected large inverters.
