The 110 connect system is a high performance means of terminating UTP wiring and it is currently the most popular choice in installations.
This system utilizes wiring blocks, connecting blocks, patch panels, 24 AWG UTP cabling and patch cords.
Most 110 style wiring blocks come pre-configured to a number of RJ45 ports, allowing easy patching with RJ45-RJ45 data grade patch cords.

24 / 48 Port Category 5e / 6 Shielded 19" (48.3cm) Patch Panel - Industrial Grade
These Category 5e / 6 rack panels are fully shielded for use in areas with high levels of noise and EMI. Commonly used in industrial
environments the panels are made using heavy gauge sheet metal that fully encloses over the circuit board and cable terminations for ultimate
shielding. Permanent connections are made to 110 style IDC contacts and patching is made through shielded RJ45 (8x8) modular connectors.
These panels mount into standard 19" (48.3cm) racks and take 1U of rack height 1.75" (4.4cm). Compatible with EIA568A or B wiring schemes.
18 AWG grounding wire included.

How to terminate a cable drain wire

Termination of drain wire for each cable assembly that you wish to punch down to the panel.

Punch down your conductors onto the
block to either the EIA/TIA 568A or 568B
standard and make sure to keep the drain
wire long enough for the next steps.
Wrap the Drain wire around the cable
management holder (see image) and
then around the jacket of the cable.
Using the included cable ties secure the
cable and drain wire to the cable
management holder.
(repeat for each port)
Cut off any excess from the cable tie.
