COMPLIANCE:
Bell Helicopter recommends accomplishment of
this bulletin.
DESCRIPTION:
As an aid to visibly identify the Emergency Bus 1 Power, Emergency Bus 2 Power and
Essential Bus Power circuit breakers, Bell Helicopter has introduced a colored (yellow)
identification collar.
APPROVAL:
The engineering design aspects of this bulletin are Transport Canada Civil Aviation
(TCCA) approved.
MANPOWER:
Approximately 0.1 man-hours are required to complete this bulletin. Man-hours
are based on hands-on time, and may vary with personnel and facilities available
WARRANTY:
There is no warranty credit applicable for parts or labor associated with this Bulletin.

ACCOMPLISHMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Pull EMER BUS 1 PWR (CB-D1), EMER BUS 2 PWR (CB-D18) AND ESS BUS
PWR (CB-C18) circuit breakers located on the overhead circuit breaker panel
(cockpit). See Figure 1.

2. The collar is to be snapped into place, and must be installed with its cone shape
section oriented down, as shown in Figure 2. Using thumb and index, position

and press. Perform on all three (3) circuit breakers listed in step 1.
3. Push in (set) all three (3) circuit breakers listed in step 1.
4. Annotate the helicopter records to reflect compliance with this bulletin.
