SCHEDULE: ELECTRICITY CONNECTION CONTRACT

Part A – The Customer

The Customer is the person or persons named at Part 1 of
the Application Form; the premises named at Part 2 of the
Application Form.
Refer to clauses 4.3(b), 4.3(c), and 4.3(d)(iii).
Part 1 – Formation of Connection Contract
Refer to clauses 4.3(d)(iv) and 4.3(d)(v).
The Connection Contract is formed in accordance with clause
1.3.

Terms of Payment
Payment for the connection services will be invoiced to the
Customer upon completion and are payable to TasNetworks
in accordance with the terms of the invoice.

The meter will be a type 6 meter; costs are in accordance
with TasNetworks’ approved metering tariff.

Part 16 – Liability Cap
A Cap amount

C Threshold
The Customer will ensure that the electrical installation and
other of their electrical equipment meets the requirements
set out in clause 8.6 of the Code. The Customer will also
meet any technical requirements set out in Part 1 of 2 of the
Connection Contract.
