List of machinery & equipment owned.
NTN & STR number & Certificate of professionalTax.
Bankers certificate showing Credit worthiness & auditor report of last three years.
Proof of enlistment with other departments,
Those who fail to provide above mentioned information/documents shall be disqualified.
After the completion of pre-qualification, tender documents will be issued to the selected prequalified firms upto 10-10-2016 end tenders filled alorrgwith earnest money through CDR
in favour of
Statiorr Engineer will be received hy the Station Engineer POF Wah Cantt up to i{l5 hours on
15-10-2016 and will be opened on the same day at 1149 hours
