LC Engineering, Inc. accepts Visa, Master Card, American
Express and Discover Card. Your credit card will be billed for product only within 24 hours of placing your order. At the time of shipping, your credit card will be charged for the shipping and handling fees. For your protection, we security check all credit card orders using an Address Verification
System and CVV2/CV2 codes. All Long Blocks and Short
Blocks require an engine release credit card authorization form to be completed before production begins. All checks will be accepted from the United States (including Puerto
Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam) Canada and other Intl. checks must be paid in US Dollars. All orders placed by personal check are subject to a 7 day hold. Orders paid with
Cashiers Check or Money Order will not be held. Checks must be made payable to LC Engineering, Inc. Payments by wire transfers or Check by Phone are accepted from your financial institution only. Please contact our sales dept. for further instructions.Sorry, No C.O.D. Orders.
LCE Limited Warranty
All parts and accessories manufactured by LCE have a 90 day limited warranty from the date of sale. This limited warranty applies to any product, which, after careful inspection by LCE, is found to have a defect in either materials or workmanship. Parts used under racing or competition conditions are not warranted for breakage or wear under any circumstance. Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange. We will charge a
20% restocking fee on all returned orders. LCE shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damage, or loss of property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claims of customers of the purchase, which may arise and/or result from sale, installation or use of these engines, engine components, parts and/or accessories. No warranty on any Pro Series short block or long block. We CAN NOT accept returns on special and/or custom ordered parts and all electrical components.
Shipping Information
All freight charges are calculated based upon weight and box dimensions. UPS covers the continental U.S. and most foreign countries. LCE ships UPS daily with the following services available: Ground, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Overnight. U.S. Postal services are also available upon request. All shipments are fully insured and pre-paid with signature required, unless other arrangements are made at time of order. Complete long blocks and short blocks will be shipped via truck freight lines and are subject to a crate charge. Call our Sales Dept. for a quote or more details.
Freight Damage
Damaged or lost goods are the responsibility of the carrier.
Title of merchandise passes to customer upon delivery from common carrier.
Parts Availability
We try our best to keep all merchandise in stock. However, in manufacturing and supplying specialized parts, demand peaks can occur during certain times of the year, which may delay delivery. If this does occur, your Customer Service
Representative will keep you informed as to expected delivery dates.
Back Orders
All back orders are held until the product becomes available.
If you do not want any back orders held, please inform your
Customer Service Representative at the time of ordering.
Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
The manufacturer warrants most parts, usually for 90 days from the date of purchase unless they specify otherwise. Any warranties are included with your order. Some manufacturers require their parts to be returned directly to their company. All Electrical Components,
Super Chargers, Carburetors/Jets, Ring/Pinion, Differential/Gear
Components are non-refundable items.
Returns / Exchanges
Returns will not be accepted with out an RMA. Please Contact Customer Service to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization number. A copy of the original sales invoice must accompany your return. All returns must be sent prepaid, no C.O.D. returns will be accepted. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss or damage. There is a 20% restocking fee applied to all returns. Absolutely no returns after 30 days, unless as specified by Limited Warranty. Customer refused shipments are subject to the original UPS S/H charges and the incurred UPS return S/H fee. Cores must be received within 60 days of purchase date for full core credit.
If a replacement part must be sent, the customer will have 10 days to return the original product, or be subject to pay for the replacement product & the freight, until the original parts are returned.
Printing Errors
Although every effort has been made to proofread all copy prior to printing, we do not accept responsibility for any typographical errors whether in pricing or content. All pricing is subject to change.
Any litigation or lawsuit arising as a result of any sale by LCE to a purchaser of its products shall be filed in the court system of Mohave
County, Arizona, USA, and the Laws of Arizona shall apply to the issues in such lawsuit.
Emission Control
Unless stated. ALL Merchandise sold by LC Engineering,
Inc. is sold as “Not Street Legal”. Which may or may not effect pollutions controlled equipment, or emissions controlled vehicles. You, the consumer / purchaser, accept all legal responsibility pertaining to your state, county and local laws in any illegal usage of these parts.
