Part I consists of the district sending into the Office of Indian Education a count of completed 506 Forms that on file in our office. This form is used only as a count to apply for our grant for the following school year and is not shared. Completed information ensures that we are in compliance with the Office of Indian Education. Part II consists of applying for the grant in the spring based on the funding we receive from the count of 506 forms. Attention High Students Have you thought about College?
