Dear Sir,
We invite your most competitive offer in the attached format on page no.4, with earliest
possible response period for lifting of laminated tetra pak waste material, detailed
specifications mentioned in offer fomat (Page 4). Your offer should be based on following
considerations:
1. The offer should reach:- AmulFed Dairy (A Unit Of G.C.M.M.F. Ltd.

2. Due Date: 18th April, 2016, up to 15:00 hours
3. The offer should be submitted in sealed cover super scribing on the top left hand corner
offer for Enquiry No AFD: PUR: YKV: TPKW: 2016, If it is not super scribed it can be
liable for rejection.
4. Offer received after due date for whatsoever reason may be rejected. We will not
be responsible for postal delays.
5. Offer should valid for acceptance, for one year from date for submission of offer.
6. It will not be binding on us to accept the highest offer.
7. Right to accept/reject any/all offers without assigning reason is reserved by us.
8. Offers which are incomplete or not meeting the conditions or only for part items are liable
for rejection.
9. Other terms -conditions & offer format are as mentioned in Annexure (Page 2 & 3).

ANNEXURE
Please read the following terms carefully & submit your most lucrative offers to us in the
enclosed format.
1. Any applicable Taxes, Excise levies etc. on waste items will have to be borne by the
contractor and the rates shall be quoted exclusive of all applicable taxes.
2. You have to deposit the Demand Draft in favour of “AmulFed Dairy, A Unit of
G.C.M.M.F. Ltd.” payable at AHMEDABAD.in advance before lifting the material.
Without advance payment you can not lift the material.
3. Along with the offer you have to submit EMD of Rs. 25000.00 by way of Demand draft in
favour of “AmulFed Dairy – A unit of GCMMF Limited. Payable at Ahmedabad.
4. EMD of successful bidders shall be converted into caution money deposit on signing of
contract. EMD of unsuccessful bidders shall be refunded within 45 days from the due
date of tender. In case successful bidders do not turn out for signing the contract or does
not respond to the contract, the EMD already paid shall be forfeited and no claim will be
entertained. We will not hold responsible in late refunding of EMD due to whatsoever
reason.
5. The amount for material to be collected as well as the applicable tax amount should be
deposited by DD at AmulFed Dairy’s Account’s department. The necessary receipt in
advance should be produced and then only you will be allowed for lifting the of the
waste material. The waste should be collected from our premise by your own
arrangements. All the types of weightement / counting or measurements & loading
would be done in the presence of our authorized person & shall be considered as final.
6. The waste lifting party will take due care in performance of the contracted work in time
& shall engage adequate personnel to ensure the same. The contractor shall not make
any loss/ damage caused by the workmen engaged by them to the properties of
AmulFed dairy.
7. The waste lifting party will have to abide by the directives of the AmulFed Dairy with
regard to conduct and movement of his workmen in AmulFed Dairy premises.
8. The waste lifting party has to remove and replace forthwith such of the workers who are
found to be undesirable by the AmulFed Dairy. The Contractor shall be solely
responsible for the acts of omission and commission of his workmen deployed for
carrying out this work and shall indemnify the AmulFed Dairy against any damage to
property and injury to limbs and loss of life of person(s) arising out of negligence and
carelessness on the part of his workmen while carrying out his work and the cost of such
damage/loss shall be recovered from the contractor.

9. The waste lifting party will be responsible for any Govt. rules and laws applicable in
connection with their workmen and AmulFed Dairy will not be responsible for the same.
10. The AmulFed Dairy would be free to engage workers from outside or/ otherwise to the
work, in the event of waste lifting party, fails to perform the work and all cost, damages,
if any on this behalf shall be entirely to the account of the waste lifting party as explained
above.
11. Any dispute between the waste lifting party and the AmulFed Dairy will be settled by
mutual discussion only and the decision of the Sr. General Manger of AmulFed Dairy
shall be final and binding on both the parties. In case a legal settlement is resorted to as a
last refuge, the jurisdiction of such settlement will be Ahmedabad only.
12. Management reserves the rights to accept or reject any/ all bids offered by bidders,
without assigning any reasons. Management decision in this regard would be
considered as final and binding to all. No further communications/ complaints will be
entertained in this matter.
13. AmulFed Dairy, Bhat reserves the right to award order to one or more parties as deemed
fit by the management and same shall be binding to all bidders. It will not be binding on
us to award contract only on highest offer basis.
14. AmulFed Dairy reserves the right to terminate the contract without assigning any
reason. Decision of Sr.General Manager– AmulFed Dairy shall be final and binding to
all.
15. You will ensure that waste materials lifted from AFD must not used in harmful activities
which are harmful for human & environment.
16. You shall submit in writing disposal plan for the material being lifted from AmulFed
Dairy.
