Subject: Request for Proposal (RFP) for “Annual Rate Contract for Testing “as per given
scope of work.
We invite your most competitive offer for Annual Rate Contract for laboratory testing of
M.S, G.I. & S.S materials on monthly basis as per detailed specifications mentioned in
Annexure below. Your offer should be based on following considerations:
1.The offer should reach:-Mother Dairy (A Unit Of GCMMF Ltd)

2. Due Date: February 10th, 2016 Before 17:00 hours
3. The offer should be submitted in sealed cover super scribing on the top left hand corner offer
for MDG: PUR: PM: TESTING Dtd. 04/02/2016
If it is not super scribed it is liable for rejection.
4. Offer received after due date for whatsoever reason may be rejected. We will not be
responsible for postal delays.
5. Offer should be valid for acceptance for at least 60 days from date of submission of offer.
6. The prices should be quoted inclusive of freight charges on FOR AFD Basis. If extra please
mention the same.
7. Realistic and earliest delivery period should be indicated in offer.
8. It will not be binding on us to accept the lowest offer.
9. Right to accept/reject any/all offers without assigning any reason is reserved by us.
10. Offers which are incomplete or not meeting the conditions are liable for rejection.
11. The date of drawing the sample will be intimated by AFD in advance.
12. You will be required to draw the sample in presence of the User and the Purchase
Executive.
13. You are required to take the sample on issuing of a non-returnable gate pass issued by the

14. The report should be sent through courier or handed over in person within a week’s time.
15. Delay in the submission of report may lead to deduction of 5% value of the total Bill
Amount.
16. Payment will be made after 15 days of the receipt of the hard copy of the report.
17. Herewith this, we are attaching vendor registration form please fill it up & provide it
along with offer, without vendor form offer may not be considered.

Annexure
Testing of Hardware material supplied at MDG on monthly basis
Mother Dairy, Gandhinagar (A Unit of GCMMF Ltd.) invites your most competitive offer for
quality checking of hardware materials received at Mother Dairy in relation to the
upcoming Project of Powder Plant as well as routine purchases. We wish to do annual
rate contract for laboratory testing of M.S, G.I. & S.S materials of any grade on monthly
basis. We propose to get the following tests done
1. Physical Test by Spectroscopy method
2. Chemical Test
a. Ultimate Tensile Strength Test
b. Yield Strength Test
c. Elongation Test
General terms & Conditions:1.
Specify your tax condition. Whether service tax will be applicable or not. If tax is
not specified your rates shall be considered as inclusive of all taxes. Service tax
registration number must be provided along with a copy of the certificate.
2.
Test report is to be submitted in two copies.
