uick Ship Guide
How to:
The product configuration code in this document represents the different products and options available for this
Quickship program. The max order size refers to maximum
quantity of products that qualify for the “Quickship leadtime” of 10 business days.
As this guide provides ordering codes only, we invite you to
review the individual technical specification sheets for the
product at www.louispoulsen.com and www.targettiusa.
com for complete, and detailed information about each
product.

Policies
E-mail all Quickship orders to fdorderentry@louispoulsen.
com. Any order sent via fax or directly to a person’s email
address, cannot be guaranteed a “Quickship lead-time.”
Please indicate “QS” as the first two letters of the product
configuration on each qualifying line item of your PO. All
qualifying Quickship line items will be processed as such
unless otherwise instructed.
If an order is received with both standard and Quickship
items, the Quickship items will be scheduled to ship separately, unless otherwise instructed. Please indicate “SHIP
COMPLETE” if you prefer all items ordered to ship with the
longest lead time.
The estimated ship dates are determined per the following:
If a complete order is received by 11:00 AM EST on Monday, the delivery will be within 2 weeks from the PO date.
Orders received later than 11:00 AM EST will be dated the
same day, however the 10 days “Quickship leadtime” will
start from the following business day.

Reminders
• All ship dates are estimated and 10 day lead times
don’t include weekends or holidays.
