RAPIDCURE™ is ideal for exterior
residential metal features
and for most general industrial
interior and exterior
applications.
Performance
Meets the following performance standards:
• Australian Standard 3715-2002: Metal finishing
- Thermoset powder coatings for architectural
applications of aluminium and aluminium alloys.
• Australian Standard 4506-2005:
Metal finishing - Thermoset powder coatings.
• American Architectural Manufacturers Association,
AAMA 2603-2013.
• 10 Year Residential Durability Warranty* when
applied by a Dulux® Registered Applicator on
residential projects (NCC, BCA Volume 2, Class 1
and 10 buildings), up to 3 floors from the ground
and greater than 100 metres from salt water.

Less energy, faster production
When compared to standard cure products
RAPIDCURE™ requires less energy to cure:
•1600 Celsius for 10 minutes (minimum)
•1800 Celsius for 5 minutes
•2000 Celsius for 2 minutes (maximum)
Specifying the right product
and colour
Some colours, whether powder, paints or furnishings
may share the same colour name but be entirely
different. This is especially true of other powder
suppliers that use the same colour names for their
products. To avoid disappointment when choosing
colour remember to specify:
1.Dulux® RAPIDCURE™
2. Colour name and code.
3. To be applied by a Dulux® Registered Applicator
in accordance with Australian Standard 3715
or AAMA 2603.
