SALIENT GUIDELINES FOR THE CANDIDATES:
Candidates must furnish along with the application photo copy of certificates in respect of educational &
technical qualification, proof of age and caste proved certificate of SC/ST Category.
Form must be printed on 75 GSM A4 size white paper (both side printing / two separate printing).
Candidate in service of Government/a local or statutory body/Public Undertaking must send his
application to the Kolkata Police Recruitment Board within the closing date under intimation to his/her
employer. Application shall be rejected / candidature will be cancelled if employer does not permit the
candidate to apply.
The Application must be submitted along with (i) One copy of recent Passport size photograph (3.5 cm x
3.5 cm) signed by the candidate and pasted on the application form and two more identical extra copies of
signed photographs. (ii) Two self addressed envelopes (24.5 cms X 10.5 cms), with posted stamp worth Rs.
5/- affixed on each of them.
Application submitted keeping any of the field blank would lead to summarily rejection without any
intimation to the applicant.
Application without full signature of the applicant on the designated box shall be rejected summarily.
7. Application without photograph of the applicant in the designated box shall be summarily rejected.
8. The envelope containing the filled in application should be super scribed as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST
OF WIRELESS SUPERVISORS (TECHNICAL), GRADE-II IN KOLKATA POLICE, 2016”.
9. Submission of more than one (1) application is strictly forbidden.
